Just to let everyone know, the annual maintenance for the tractor has been done. I changed the oil and replaced the air, oil and fuel filters. Also, the blades were replaced with new ones. The old ones were very worn and in bad shape to the point that they could not be sharpen and reused. I checked the belts for wear and alignment and all appears to be good. Although belts are not my thing to adjust. I think we are good for another year. As a reminder, after using the tractor take a few minutes to clean off the dust and debris. There is a rag under the seat.
